MV Agusta F4 Motorcycle Recalled for Subframe Defect

The 2010 F4 motorcycle, made by MV Agusta, has been recalled since April 2011, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reported. The rear subframe of the MV Agusta F4 motorcycle may have insufficient upper fixture points that could cause cracking while in use, which could lead to instability of the motorcycle rider.

In the event of the rear subframe cracking while riding the MV Agusta F4 motorcycle, the rider could become unstable and lose control of the motorcycle, which could cause a fatal car accident. Dealers of the MV Agusta F4 motorcycle are giving free repairs to those that have motorcycles with defected rear subframes.
